As a company "You" is looking for individuals willing to go the extra mile for all customers will to try receiving help from our service. "You" is a company looking to better other's lives and if the applicant is only about making money for themselves then clearly they are applying for the wrong company. As the founder I am looking for all employees willing to give their all to create a better life for others even if they won't make 6 figures a year. Although, if the company becomes as big as I envisioned all employees will receive every cent they have earned even if that number is 6 or 7 figures. I am a believer of you should be paid for what you have earned. All employees shall receive compensation in the quality and quantity of their work.
