Founder Autobiography
My name is Kale Soares, I currently an 18 year old attending Central Washington University and am a dreamer. Over a year ago I started working at Taco Bell in Bellevue, Washington. I poured every ounce of effort I possibly could into that job yet received hardly any return. Working a fast food job I met many people and heard many stories. This lead me to create You. Working there I met a man named Stephen Lines; the hardest worker you could ever imagine, a company's dream worker. Although he came to work everyday he had the worst possible start to every day. He was woken up to the reminder that he had to go to one job and then possibly catch an hour or so of sleep before he started job number 2. Despite such odds every single day he came to work with a smile. His constant drive is what motivated me to create You. You gives the opportunities to others that they weren't ever given in life. The whole design behind You is to give those who never were given the chance to succeed in life that chance they've always been looking for. The true goal behind You has always been to serve others rather than myself. That is why this project is the most important thing in my life. Although this will be a slow project, when finally released I plan to service the 99% of the population that were never given a second look since they have always been at the bottom of the totem pole. In the year I worked at Taco Bell I learned very many important lessons and gained much wisdom and truly learned how to treat others properly. This life lesson is something I have been taught since birth yet, never took to heart. The lessons I have learned in my life are lessons all should be raised with because everyone deserves to be treated with respect no matter what. Everyone deserves to be treated like a human being like everyone else. No human deserves to be miss treated as many are. Growing up I was never rich nor did I ever feel entitled to anything. Being raised by a single mother who woke up every morning at 5 in the morning to go to work to come home for a little and then turn around and go deliver packages for Amazon for another 4 hours was tough on me because my mother would often come home and cry which taught me at a very young age that I was going to have to be that support for my mother that no young child should be burdened with but, they will do without hesitation for their mother. I genuinely hope that everyone that uses this service will have an enjoyable time and will continue to use the service to provide a better life for themselves.
